Sandra Runco | Partner at Aon

Sandra has over 20 years consulting experience in areas including Total Rewards, the people related aspects of M&A transactions, organization design, efficiency and change, HR technology, HR service delivery, and outsourcing. She has led or served as strategic advisor on client engagements across a variety of industries, including professional services firms, and geographies.

Ashton Holt | Associate Partner, Practice Leader, Global People Analytics at Aon

Ashton is an associate partner and global leader within Aon’s Talent Solutions group. Among his prior roles, Ashton served as an advisor at a labor economist firm and was a people analytics leader at two industry leading, global Fortune 500 companies. For nearly 20 years, Ashton has been helping Fortune 500 companies and global organizations of varying sizes harness the power of data science to frame human capital strategies, guide HR transformations, evaluate employment practices, and advance DEI programs. Ashton has broad industry experience spanning multiple sectors including, Technology, Pharma/Biotech, Fin-tech, Insurance, Higher Education, Media/Entertainment. Ashton conducts empirical research studies and advises senior business leader and HR executives on a range of employment topics such as recruitment, talent development, pay equity, affirmative action compliance, succession planning, org transformation, strategic workforce planning, organizational effectiveness, and human capital benchmarking. Ashton holds a Master of Science in Organizational Development and Bachelor of Science degree in Business. Ashton is also a United States Navy veteran.

Valerie S. Faeth | Shareholder at Dentons

Valerie is a Shareholder in the Firm’s Employment and Labor Group. She focuses her practice on employment litigation and providing advice to clients on all aspects of employment law.  Additionally, Valerie provides labor and employment advice to the Denton’s M &A Group with respect to mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Throughout her career, Valerie has defended a diverse range of clients in employment cases involving claims under Title VII, the Americans with Disability Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, the Equal Pay Act, the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Act and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act.
