Speakers:

Camille Goleb | Program Manager for Inclusion & Diversity, Koppers

Among her initiatives in standing up the DEI function at Koppers is the launch of a full-scale Employee Resource Group (ERG) landscape, the introduction of inclusive manager and behavior training, and an industry-leading inclusion project aimed at frontline employees. Camille began her career in DEI on the streets, supporting and learning from community antiracism organizers in Pittsburgh. Camille has organized, emceed, supported, and moderated events and initiatives in support of underserved and oppressed peoples in the local region and beyond since moving to Pittsburgh from Frederick, MD in 2012.  After climbing the career ladder at technology giant SAP, Camille realized she needed to align her employment situation with her life’s work of antiracism and social justice, leading her to dive headfirst into corporate DEI. Several years into this journey the opportunity came to build a DEI program from the ground up, and so Camille left SAP and joined the Koppers family in December 2022.
