Converging Megatrends of Autonomy and Vehicle Electrification and Economic Opportunities for Pittsburgh

On November 2nd, we’ll be welcoming Lucid Motors' Vice President for Supply Chain to Pittsburgh as our keynote speaker for our “Converging Megatrends” summit to explore the economic opportunities associated with the world’s transition to autonomous and electrified vehicles. During this session, we’ll be hosting several top executives from Pittsburgh’s manufacturing and autonomous vehicle sectors.

According to a recent Nikkei estimate, ten of the world’s top automakers have already announced more than $140 billion in North American by 2028 to grow their EV manufacturing capabilities. Another report from McKinsey & Company predicts between $300-400 million of annual revenue from autonomous vehicles by the middle of the upcoming decade.

With Pittsburgh’s deep history in powering the nation’s electric grid, in developing advanced electronics and electric motors and our super cluster of robotics and autonomous vehicle talent, our region is poised to play a key role in both of these critical converging megatrends.

During this summit, we’ll hear from organizations involved in the EV supply chain, as well as the Autonomous Vehicle industry.  A limited number of exhibition tables and sponsorships are available. To learn more about sponsorship opportunities, contact Ashley Steckel.
