Find your Inside EDGE: Discover (or re-discover!) the transformative impact of our Women’s EDGE Leadership Cohort first-hand by engaging with your peers in a 45-minute interactive session (of brand-new material!) on Personal Evolution by EDGE Leadership CEO and Founder, Christy Uffelman, BCC, MCHS.

Hear from EDGE participants about their experiences in their PEER Mentoring Cohort and the vulnerable and powerful stories of personal and professional successes in our region.

Network in an authentic and strategic way: Reconnect with fellow graduates, engage with area leaders and potential EDGE participants too. Share stories of successes (and challenges) with your peers and strengthen your bonds within our leadership community. This night will be a great chance to pause as we head into the final month of 2025 and intentionally reflect on your growth and future aspirations!

Support the next generation: Contribute to our mission of empowering women leaders by participating in a very special silent auction where the prize isn’t a gift basket, but instead, a mentorship coffee date with powerhouse Pittsburgh executives (some of whom are also EDGE Grads!) across companies and industries.
