We have created a flexible workspace to accommodate this. Looking ahead to 2020, it’s crucial to navigate the transition to hybrid/work-from-home/remote work.”

“Removing geographical constraints has allowed us to expand beyond our Pittsburgh base and enhance diversity within our team,” said VanKirk. “We now have employees in Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Virginia, and Maryland. This has been a game-changer for us.”

When asked about her vision for the future of the Pittsburgh tech industry in the next 30 years, VanKirk replied, “It’s only as expansive as we can imagine!
