What trends are you paying attention to in the marketplace?

We see four major trends shaping digital communications and connectivity in 2022 and beyond:

  • Putting people first. Amid a profound shift in employees’ mindset and priorities, understanding what employees want and crafting a quality employee experience (EX) that keeps people engaged and productive is more critical to competitiveness than ever. Moreover, EX is the most important driver for customer experience. If your employees aren’t satisfied, your customers won’t be either.
  • Businesses embrace SASE as cybercrime hits an all-time high. SASE is emerging as the best answer to the escalating threat of cyberattacks. While many enterprises are just beginning to understand what SASE, in combination with SD-WAN’s dynamic, intelligent network capabilities and advanced security functions, can do to protect their business, we expect a massive move to cloud-native SASE in the coming years.
  • Letting go of legacy technology. A growing commitment to digital-first business strategies will continue to drive organizations away from aging tech infrastructures and outdated tools, toward modern, IP-based solutions.
  • Investing in collaboration tools to overcome remote work barriers. Because remote work is here to stay, organizations find themselves in a working laboratory where they must figure out the right combination of digital communication solutions and approaches to help people feel connected culturally and collaboratively, wherever they happen to be working.
